While the Doug Adams Gallery is out of use, we are using our beautiful ground floor window to highlight some of the Bay Area's talented artists of color. This window exhibition is ongoing and features work by a different artist every month, so be sure to keep an eye out for whose work to expect next!

Ora was our first artist to exhibit in Art Window, with her two quilts Human Rights: Article 29 and Bread at Midnight. For Ora, the process of quilt-making not only allows her to create stunning visual art, making use of a wide variety of colors and textures, but also to draw the viewer into thinking about serious issues facing our world.

Watch a recording of January’s Artist Panel Discussion with Art Window artists Ora Clay, Elizabeth Jiménez Montelongo, and Shirin Khalatbari.
